How do i cancel my class?

Drop the team an email with your request to cancel. Make sure you include your child’s name, current class & your registration email. Allow us 3-5 working days, and our team will do the rest. (Your child will be eligable to participate in their football class for the remainder of your billing period)

do you offer sibling discount?

Absolutely! We offer a 50% sibling discount for each sibling, alongside a full-paying child. This equates to a monthly charge of £17.99. This is applicable to signing both children up at the same time. Otherwise, speak to a member of the team and we will manually sort this for you.

How does my child recEIve their kit?

After signing up & paying your sign-up fee, your child will receive their TeamRS kit by hand at their next football session, provided your sign-up form was complete more than 24 hours before your session. Otherwise, your child will be presented with their kit at the following session.

do i need to inform anyone if i miss a class?

Our coaches keep a register, so no need to let us know if your child is going to miss a class every now and then.

when does my child need to change class?

Our coaches make a decision on class changes when a child reaches the next age up. With that in mind, the team emphasise confidence, understanding & ability as well as age. This means that if we feel a child is better suited in a certain group, we have no problem putting a child where they feel comfortable.

does my child need to leave then they turn 6?

Our job at TeamRS is to build ability & confidence in toddlers so that they are ready for their first football team at age 6. We understand not all children are ready at that age. With that said, TeamRS hold no limitation on age, meaning if your child is happy to continue at age 6, we are happy to have them.
