Rising Stars Soccer Academy – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the services provided by LA Sports & Exercise LTD (“we,” “us,” “our”) in relation to our toddler football academy for children aged 2–6 years. By enrolling your child, you agree to be bound by these Terms.





1. Registration & Fees



1.1 A one-time sign-up fee of £59.99 is payable upon registration. This includes:


  • One branded football kit (top, shorts)

  • A football bag

  • A football to keep

  • A sticker rewards chart



1.2 A recurring fee of £34.99 per month is charged via direct debit. This fee covers weekly indoor football sessions and participation in the academy programme.


1.3 Fees are non-refundable, including in cases of non-attendance, unless otherwise stated in these Terms.





2. Session Attendance



2.1 Sessions are held weekly at the following venues:

The SPACE Centre, Hillside Rd, Huyton, L36 8BL

Deyes High School, Deyes Ln, Maghull, L31 6DE


2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. venue issues, coach illness, extreme weather). Where possible, alternative sessions will be offered.


2.3 Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times unless stated otherwise.


2.4 We operate by academic terms and may close for certain holiday periods. Notice of closures will be communicated in advance.





3. Child Safety & Behaviour



3.1 All sessions are conducted by qualified coaches who are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding, first aid, and child development.


3.2 Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical or behavioural conditions during registration. This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.


3.3 We reserve the right to remove a child from a session (temporarily or permanently) if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others, after appropriate warnings and discussion with parents.





4. Photography & Media



4.1 We may occasionally take photographs or videos for marketing and promotional purposes. Consent will be requested at registration and can be withdrawn at any time.





5. Cancellation Policy



5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.


5.2 Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [risingstarssportsexcellence@hotmail.com].


5.3 No refunds will be issued for partial months or missed sessions unless the cancellation is due to our breach of contract or service disruption.


5.4 We reserve the right to cancel a membership for non-payment or persistent disruption.





6. Health & Liability



6.1 All participants take part at their own risk. We accept no liability for injuries or accidents except where caused by our proven negligence.


6.2 It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure their child is in suitable health to participate.


6.3 We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.





7. Data Protection



7.1 All personal data is collected, processed and stored in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.


7.2 Data is used solely for operational and marketing purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.





8. Code of Conduct



8.1 Respectful behaviour is expected from all parents, children, and staff. Discrimination, aggression or harassment will not be tolerated.


8.2 We promote a fun and inclusive environment and encourage positive reinforcement at all times.





9. Amendments



We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and posted on our website.





10. Governing Law



These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
